Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's website on a daily basis.
• Update website content, pages, blogs, images, and documents.
• Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure website security by applying updates and backups regularly.
• Optimize website speed and user experience across all devices.
• Coordinate with developers and designers for new features and improvements.
• Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Perform regular testing to ensure all forms and functionalities work correctly.
• Implement basic SEO best practices for website visibility.
• Maintain proper documentation of website changes and updates.
• Troubleshoot bugs and coordinate fixes with the technical team.
• Ensure website compliance with accessibility and data privacy standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience managing PHP or WordPress websites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Understanding of MySQL database management.
• Experience with website hosting, cPanel, and domain management.
• Knowledge of website security and backup procedures.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple website tasks efficiently.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
