WCSF CharitySpirit Foundation successfully conducted a Paddy Seed Distribution Program in Ethe village under Karra Block of Khunti district, Jharkhand. The initiative aimed to support farmers by providing high-quality improved paddy seeds, encouraging scientific farming practices, increasing agricultural productivity, and enhancing farmers’ income.

During the program, a total of 150 farmers from Ethe, Sirka, Champi, Guni, Chaldaru, Digdon, Kalamuchia, Dari, Patramuchia, and Dhanamunji villages received improved paddy seeds. The distribution of quality seeds is expected to help farmers achieve better crop yields and improve their overall agricultural output.

In addition to seed distribution, farmers were provided with valuable information on modern agricultural practices, seed management techniques, crop planning, sustainable farming methods, and improved production technologies. The awareness session encouraged farmers to adopt scientific cultivation methods to maximize productivity and profitability.

The program was attended by Ms. Priyanka Kumari, State Coordinator of WCSF CharitySpirit Foundation, along with district coordinators, Panchayat Mahila Mitras, and other representatives of the organization. The team emphasized the importance of modern agriculture and motivated farmers to adopt innovative farming techniques for long-term growth and self-reliance.
