A significant Employment Fair was organized at Karra Block under Khunti District by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. The initiative aimed to provide meaningful employment and skill development opportunities to local youth, particularly those from rural and tribal communities.

On this important occasion, WCSF CharitySpirit Foundation actively participated in the fair by setting up an information and recruitment stall. The organization supported aspiring candidates through on-the-spot registrations, personalized career guidance, and preliminary screening processes for various positions within its social development programs and production units.

The primary objective of the Employment Fair was to bridge the gap between job seekers and employment providers while promoting skill enhancement and self-employment opportunities.
